Make Each Day Count!

I knew there was something else I wanted to make sure got posted on this blog today! This is the only 1st day of this year. In a few hours, it will be gone...forever. Sobering thought, isn't it?

We all set goals when we have something we really just have to achieve. Some of those goals send us down a path we had no way of anticipating where it would take us. It just stretches out before us with visions of unlimited possibilities!

As I begin this year, I am so giddy with anticipation of what lies ahead. Never before do I recall having such concrete goals and determination to see them materialize. I've set some goals that are personal, family, business and relational. I'd like to share a few of them with you in hopes that you will be inspired to set some goals of your own.

  • Family: Make decisions that will work toward helping each member of the family become stronger and bring out the very best in them.

  • Personal: Make specific diet and exercise changes that meet the needs of my body's health instead of my emotional thermometer.

  • Business: Focus my business to increase the level of professionalism and services given to each customer.

  • Relational: Work hard to center each relationship I have around God and His purposes for my life and theirs.

My challenge to you all would be to try to touch at least one person each day with your artistic talent. Email me at inkartfromtheheart@sbcglobal.net with a picture of your project each day and at the end of the month, I'll draw a prize for a retired stamp set ! Any day you send me a picture of something you made to give puts your name in the drawing:) It's up to you how many times you get in. The stamp set for this month's Make Each Day Count drawing will be...

This set is great for making cards or personalized gifts for your sweetheart this Valentine's Day! It's also perfect for Wedding cards, gifts or scrapbook pages:) There's some cute samples of other artists who have made some cards with this set!http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=697 I hope to hear from you soon!

Wow. Good luck on your goals for the year. I have my own, and they are pretty close to yours. I am diligently working towards each of them as this month comes to an end. I am thankful that I have found your blog for inspiration, also. Thanks so much for sharing your goals with us, and for all you do.
